I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - it's centrally located within the old town, but still within walking distance to the waterfront. The convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and attractions was a major plus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing a personal touch that you don't often find in larger hotels. And lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and interesting interior design that added to the overall experience. Plus, the breakfast served had a good variety of options to start the day off right.
All was well, no complaints at all.

Convenient location near main thoroughfare and Piazza Dante. Comfortable, spacious rooms with high ceilings and courtyard views. Daily housekeeping and fresh sheets. Friendly and helpful staff, readily available through WhatsApp. Good breakfast with a variety of options.

Cleanliness: Everything smelled like vinegar from the disinfection, but at least it was organic. Location in Naples' downtown: This hotel is situated on a busy alleyway with a fishmonger just opposite and a bank building opposite. Very good breakfast: The breakfast provided at the shops under the B&B was excellent. Helpful staff: The staff members were nice and always ready to assist.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to several underground stations, making it easy to explore the area. it offers a nice view of the bank building opposite. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a positive experience. The breakfast selection is ample, with homemade yogurt and freshly made coffee or tea.
The hotel could improve on providing more proactive staff engagement and offering local maps and information about events in the area.
